We are required under the Shed constitution to have an Annual General Meeting each year, no more than 15 months after the previous AGM. This means that we must have an AGM by the end of September 2024. The last AGM was on 30 June 2023 but I propose that we select a date that is later in the summer than that, to try to avoid the prime holiday season when many Shedders may have other plans.

I suggest the following dates. We need to have at least 14 people in attendance to make the AGM valid, so hopefully at least one of these will suit the majority. I have already excluded some dates that I know are not good, so please let me know which of these are suitable / not suitable for you.

On a different topic, I am happy to remain as Secretary for another year if the membership wants me to do so, however I would like to stand down at next year's AGM (2025). To that end, I would like to find a replacement in advance. If you would be prepared to take this on, or if you would like to find out more about what is involved (and it really isn't particularly demanding or difficult!) please let me know.
