Work continues with the wood store. Jim has pretty well finished the door frame, so not long now until we get started on the cladding. He has set aside the decking timber to make the door and we still need to stain some more of the shiplap so assuming the weather is kind to us tomorrow we'll continue with that task.

Remember that the shed is there for members to bring their own stuff in to work on. Perhaps the shed has a tool that will make the job easier... Bring it in so we can offer help and advice (or slag it off😂)

Most of our travellers should have returned to Scotland by tomorrow, so we'll be able to compare sun tans😎.

You may or may not be aware that we had intruders last week. I have retrieved photos and video footage but have been unable to hand it in the Wester Hailes Police Station as it has been closed!! I'll try again tomorrow. One thing I did find out a couple of days ago is that the cameras ARE able to record in HDR so I have switched them over. Hopefully we will, in future, be able to capture registration numbers of cars involved in the collection of the intruders.

Emma Thompson has been in touch once again and wants to meet us once more. I have suggested tomorrow, but as of time of writing she hasn't got back to me yet.

Stewart Still will probably not make it to the shed over the next few weeks and months because his wife is ill and also has broken two of her ribs. He needs to be with her all the time to care for her. In the meantime, his two personal physicians, Messrs Whyte & McKay are consoling him in the best possible way🥃🥃🥃. We wish him and his wife well.
