Below is the agenda for the AGM to be held at the Shed at 11.00 on 17 June 2022.

I know that some people won't be available on the day, however I have not yet made a list of attendees so I would be grateful if you would please let me know if you hope to attend. If you can't, please pass on any comments on any of the topics to be discussed, including putting your name forward if you are prepared to help with any of the items where we may want volunteers.

- Chairman's report.
- Treasurer's report - I will provide link to this on the website ahead of the meeting and also circulate it by email.
- Trustees - No proposed changes. All of the Trustees were appointed in 2021 for a 3 year duration.
- Membership - Discussion required on how to attract new members, how to re-engage with existing "dormant" members. Comments in advance are requested from members who can't attend on the day.
- Activities - What do members want? - Comments in advance are requested from members who can't attend on the day, especially from those who are not interested in DIY and workshop activities.
- Projects - We need to improve our process for agreeing to take on and prioritise projects. Comments in advance are requested from members who can't attend on the day. Volunteers are requested to take a coordination role in prioritising projects.
- Fund-raising - What sources of funding should we try to progress? How to link this to projects (if relevant)? It may be useful to have a fund-raising subcommittee. Comments in advance are requested from members who can't attend on the day, along with volunteers to get involved in coordinating fund-raising activities.
- Eejit of the Year award - which of the worthy candidates deserves the prestigious award, which will remain a virtual award unless anyone comes up with an actual trophy. Click here to see the nominations . Please submit your votes if you can't attend the meeting.
