Hi

It looks as though we may have a winter scenario at the shed tomorrow, fortunately the work on the step done by Stewart, Martin and myself was well covered up when we finished yesterday and the steps are in position for viewing and limited access but they are by no means finished so no dancing or falling off please! More sand and ballast should be arriving while we are at the shed tomorrow and I’m hoping that they can put it over the fence at the side of the shed for us so that we keep it away from the entrance. Today, courtesy of my son in law we delivered 3x2 and 2x2 and some smaller slabs to the shed plus a quantity of fence posts 3x3 And 2x2 and some full size and half size barrels so if anyone wants a rainwater barrel or a planter there are options for you.
I’m not sure whether Boris’s curved ball regarding no covid restrictions and no need to self isolate even if you have covid helps us with the shed, obviously more may come out regarding this before/if it happens but I’m pretty uncomfortable about it and probably would seriously restrict visits to the shed until the overall situation becomes clear because of all my other interests.
I have a trailer organised for Monday to collect slabs which Stewart has acquired for us, help needed at both ends for loading/unloading and currently thinking of using just the one trailer with a team at both ends for loading unloading. We can discuss tomorrow.
Nothing more for this week, hopefully everyone is keeping safe and well and able to get out and about when the weather permits. Hopefully I’ll see some of you at the shed tomorrow.
Regards to all
Alister
