|
Hazel Darling from Ravelrig RDA has contacted us asking if we could help with Giant Garden Connect 4 and Giant Jenga for using at their premises on sunny days at their fund-raising events. Any advice/help that we can give them will be really appreciated.

We've received enough wood from Stewart's next door neighbour to make a couple of portable workbenches. Sounds like a project for the Summer...

MURRAYBURN PRIMARY SCHOOL
|
The meeting with Emma Dougan is now scheduled for tomorrow 12th June at 12 o'clock. I'd appreciate some company!!!

I have spoken with James Wood, the Head Gardener. We can access the site from 0800 with vehicles, but will have to move them away for opening time. It's about showcasing what we do and who we are, so they are happy for us to bring along items we have made with a view to selling them. The pitch size is 3 metres by 3 metres which will be suitable for the portable gazebo. We'll need to bring a table and a couple of chairs.
|
They are holding the fayre on Saturday 20th June 2026. 10am – 3pm. More information about the garden can be found here. Link to their Event page here. There is limited parking at the Gardens. I also spoke to James about the signpost he wants us to make, and he is quite happy to wait a while for it.

Demented Ali has written in print that he doesn't deserve his own shed: so how about a team to go round and knock it down to put him (and it) out of its misery!😈😈😈

That's about it for this week folks, stay safe and warm.
