Hi

Evening all.

At least the weather seems to have perked up a bit this afternoon... Let's hope we can have a dry morning tomorrow...

BIRD TABLE TOP
I have arranged with John Mooney that we will return his bird table top on Friday 16th August between 10 and 12 o'clock.

OTHER PROJECTS
Now that the schools are back Davy and I will get the Murrayburn kitchen sorted and deliver the other kitchen to Colinton Primary. We need to touch base on the progress at the Currie Primary Atrium too.

ANNUAL SHED CHRISTMAS LUNCH
We are at the Ricci Inn next week for an informal lunch so I'd like to book a table for our Christmas lunch. I don't want to assume anything, but I remember that we thought about booking it NOT on a Friday. Is that still the consensus?

IAIN'S SHINGLES
Let's all wish Iain a speedy recovery from his recent bout of shingles. I had it in my head a few years back and it's not very pleasant, I can tell you!!!

WANDERERS' RETURN
Assuming they have got over their jet lag, we can expect both John and Jim (well, maybe not jet lag, more land legs!!!) to show us more holiday snaps!!!

TRAILER AND SLABS
My daughter has said we can collect the slabs from her back garden so we need a trailer and a crew of able bodied shedders to move the slabs from their location to the trailer. A sack barrow or two would be handy...

Getting a bit of writer's block at the moment so will sign off now.

See you all tomorrow.

Best Regards,
