We need VOLUNTEERS to help super chef Lyall and the other organisers to make the event run smoothly. We need help to:

- set up tables and chairs
- set up Gazebos
- set out crockery and cutlery
- Sous-chefs to assist Lyall in cremating the food...

We're expecting a fair number of guests and there is a packet of labels in the modular building with a Sharpie so we can label ourselves and guests to make it easier to introduce ourselves - at least that's the plan...

The actual BBQ starts at 1130-1200ish so I expect there won't be much project work going on because we'll all be busy helping Lyall!!😁

We did a tidy up on Monday and I have uploaded the pictures on to the web site. Maybe Iain can display them...

We received a garden bench for safe-keeping until Ali Mac gets back. Looking at it, it does not seem robust enough to carry any body weight, but we'll let Ali know that on his return (or if he's reading this in the mean-time).
